SISTA ABI BRIDGES THE GAP BETWEEN
HIP HOP AND REGGAE MUSIC

With a blend of Rap, Dj and Singing, Sista Abi has brought to light a new style of music which addresses the issue in today’s world. She labels her style “RapStarFari”, a name derived from her Rastafarian Culture.

Conscious lyrics embedded with a Reggae and Hip Hop beat, Abi’s brand of music attracts audiences from all walks of life. This commands versatility, originality and creativity which grows with each song and performance she presents.

From community centers to rallies, including many other venues, Sista Abi has been the headliner for many shows including Toronto Harbourfront.  Her music gas been featured in
a documentary entitled “Eyes On The Justice System”, where her song entitled “In The Ghetto” was used as a soundtrack for the film.

As an artist I feel my music has a message which can uplift the masses, allowing the world to thrive and become a better place.
